1、 Overview
This controller is a modified version of the electromagnetic speed control motor controller jointly designed by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry, with more stable performance and higher speed accuracy. Mainly used for speed control of AC electromagnetic speed regulating motors (slip motors), achieving constant torque stepless speed regulation. When the load is fans and pumps, it has a significant energy-saving effect.
2、 Debugging steps
Check if there is any looseness in the parts, if the fuse specifications are correct, and if the tachometer pointer is at zero position.
Connect the power supply to the motor and check if the rotation direction is consistent with the mechanical drag.
During the test drive, start the asynchronous motor first, then connect the power supply to the controller. The indicator light will turn on, and turn the speed control knob. At this time, the tachometer gradually rises. Set the speed value according to the implementation needs.
Due to individual differences in speed measuring generators, tachometer calibration and adjustment should be performed before using a new governor. First, set the speed to 1200r/min, compare the tachometer on the panel with other standard tachometers, and adjust the tachometer calibration potentiometer on the panel to make the actual speed match the displayed speed.
*High speed setting: Rotate the speed potentiometer clockwise to the bottom, adjust the feedback quantity to adjust the potentiometer, and make the speed reach the maximum fixed speed of the slip motor.
